Frequently asked questions

Which CRM is easiest to migrate to Zoho from?

Salesforce and HubSpot both map cleanly because they share Zoho CRM’s core data model: contacts, companies and deals come across without much fuss. The hard part is never the records, it’s rebuilding automations and untangling years of field sprawl. Spreadsheet migrations are simpler technically but usually need the most data cleaning.

How long does a typical migration to Zoho take?

Most small-business migrations run two to six weeks end to end, depending on data volume, the number of integrations to re-point and how much automation needs rebuilding. The calendar time is mostly testing and parallel running.

Will we lose data during a migration?

Not if it’s staged properly. We run a test migration first, validate counts and spot-check records against the source system, then cut over with the source still intact. Nothing gets switched off until the new system has been verified against the old one.
