What drives the cost of Zoho work?
Three things move the number more than anything else:
- Data state. Clean data migrates and automates cheaply; years of duplicates and free-text fields need hygiene work first. Our free health check tells you which you have.
- Integration count. Each external system (accounting, e-commerce, telephony) adds mapping, testing and error-handling work. See integration services.
- Process clarity. If your sales or support process is well defined, we encode it. If it isn’t, budget discovery time - encoding a vague process produces an expensive vague system.
Migrating from another platform? Our migration guides include timeline ranges for each route.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Zoho implementation cost?
It depends what you’re asking Zoho to do. A focused single-app setup sits at the lower end of fixed-scope project pricing. A multi-app Zoho One rollout with migrations and integrations costs more, mostly because of the data work and testing involved. After a free discovery call you get a written scope with a fixed price.
Why do you publish your prices when most agencies don’t?
Because hiding prices wastes everyone’s time, ours included. If our prices don’t fit your budget, better to find out in two minutes than forty minutes into a sales call. The numbers shown are starting points; once we’ve scoped your work the quote is fixed and in writing.
Is the discovery consultation really free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, no follow-up pestering. We scope your problem, tell you what good looks like and say what we’d recommend, even when that’s to do less than you’d planned or not to use us at all.
Do you require long contracts?
No. Hourly work is pay-as-you-go. Retainers roll monthly and fixed-scope projects are priced per project. Dedicated developer engagements have a short notice period. If the work stops being useful you stop paying for it.
What is included in the emergency rate?
A senior developer responds inside the 30-minute window. The rate covers triage, the stabilisation work itself and a written summary of what broke, why it broke and how to stop it happening again. Retainer clients already have emergency cover included.
