What we collect
When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide (name, email address, company information and your message) so we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, provide services. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes and services.
- To manage client relationships in our CRM (we use Zoho applications).
- To understand how the website is used, via privacy-respecting analytics.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you) and contract (providing services). We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for those purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@h4z.co.uk. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Cookies and consent
The website sets only the cookies it needs to work until you choose otherwise. Analytics and advertising cookies - currently the OpenAI advertising pixel, which helps us measure the effectiveness of our ads - load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject, none of those are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Third parties
This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Netlify and our Zoho systems. With your consent, we also use the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure ad performance. We will update this policy if we add further analytics or chat tools.
